GIMP

I have been wanting to do some digital scrapbooking, but I don't have photoshop and it is WAY too expensive! So, I started googling around and found GIMP. It works just like photoshop but it's FREE to download! I would definately check it out if I were you!

I couldn't get GIMP to work for me - Paint.NET was okay for use. However, with our new comp, my cute hubby got me photoshop elements - I love it! However, I totally hear you on the price!

Another good alternative is www.scrapblog.com Importing things you already have isn't so friendly (I haven't tried elements, just papers, which worked okay), but they have tonz of stuff free for use, or you can buy credits and get more. The tool is way easy to use too.
