Halloween Costume

I have been trying to postpone this post, but I am way too in love!! I made the tutu, appliqued the onesie, and baked the korker bow!! I love how it turned out and can't wait to take my little pumpkin out on Halloween!!!

P.S. I have a really great before and after coming up soon, it's been a work in progress for about a month now... Stay Tuned

Halloween Decorations

Here are some of my Halloween Decorations!!! I am still renting so I can't paint the walls, hence, all the while walls in the pictures!! I hope you enjoy my few decorations!! It's amazing how few decorations it looks like I have in a big house compared to my really small apartment!!! :) (Oh, and I left the Diet Coke in the background on purpose!!! mmmmm... life isn't the same without my Diet coke's)



I pulled some limbs off my trees in the backyard and spray painted them black, then I modge podged some Christmas globes and painted them (I ruined a favorite shirt doing this... learn from my mistake!! Always toe paint in OLD clothing!!!)

This is my all time favorite project I think. It took me forever, but I love it!!! I think it's perfect!

My current project is.... a little bit of toulle, a onesie, and some ribbon!! I can't wait to show you!!!!

GIMP

I have been wanting to do some digital scrapbooking, but I don't have photoshop and it is WAY too expensive! So, I started googling around and found GIMP. It works just like photoshop but it's FREE to download! I would definately check it out if I were you!

Ultrasound Pics

Ever since my first ultrasound I have been wanting a way to display the pictures in her nursery. I saw the ultrasound frames that say "I loved you before I met you" and I never really loved them, so I came up with my own idea and searched for a saying to put next to it! The project turned out much better than I was expecting!! The ultrasounds are from 7 weeks, 18 weeks, and 27 weeks. I can't wait to have this hanging in her nursery!!

I love the cricut machine!! I used it to cut all of the vinyl lettering that is on the canvas. It was a lot of work, but it is well worth all of the time.

Flowers & Bows

These are the bows and flowers that I have made for Siena so far, I love them, and have plans for many many more. These are SOO addicting, and I can't wait to see my little one with a black headband and the huge pink flower in her hair!! Thanks Melanie for all of the help!! I love them!

Hair Bows

Thanks to Melanie, and her tutorials, I made my friend Natalie's new baby Hallie (born 03-06-09) some adorable headbands.

I wasn't sure if I was going to love the ribbon bows, but I love the look of them, and I can imagine them being adorable on a baby!
And, these flower clips to go on the headbands also!! I love them! I made Siena all of the same ones! The headband on the far left is black, but it doesn't show up very well on my camera.
